MUCH TOO LATE

This is a genuine blues album in the strictest sense of the word. The band recorded nineteen tracks on October 7th and 8th, 1996 at The Studio at Puck’s Farm, fourteen of which appear on this album.

These are all first takes and feature only original vocals and instrument solos recorded together and “live off the floor” – there are no overdubs or sweetening of any kind on these tracks.

This is truly the raw sound of the Danny B. Blues Band and as a result, the spontaneity and passion reflected in each man’s performance is a lasting tribute to the true meaning of Blues and it’s origins.

It should be noted that this could not have been achieved without the great ears and technical wizardry of Phil Sheridan whose engineering and mixing talents made possible the pureness of sound we were so strongly pursuing.
